Jessica C. Dudley, MD
As Press Ganey’s Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Jessica C. Dudley is responsible for leading efforts to support organizations in increasing clinician engagement and improving patient care outcomes, particularly among physicians. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, clinical care redesign through outstanding teamwork, addressing clinician burnout, and advancing professional fulfillment.
Ryan Smith is a Regional Director with Press Ganey Associates LLC. Ryan has seventeen years of business development and leadership experience in the healthcare industry, serving in roles in critical access hospital leadership, large health system leadership and independent physician practice management. Prior to joining Press Ganey, he worked as the Vice President and COO of Capital Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in West Des Moines, Iowa as well as a Hospital Administrator and regional leader within the Mayo Clinic Health System. He has an extensive background in culture development, employee engagement and patient safety & experience leadership.
In his current role, Ryan works with healthcare systems and organizations across the country to drive results and enhance the patient and caregiver experience. He received an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Waldorf College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Promotion at the University of Northern Iowa and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University.
